RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At KGN Ayurveda, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We strive to deliver authentic, high-quality Ayurvedic products in safe and secure packaging. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, we accept returns only under specific circumstances. A return request will be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged at the time of delivery.

  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal dislike, or incorrect ordering by the customer.


2. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours to 3 days (you can adjust timeframe) of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Images of the outer packaging

  • A short explanation of the issue

Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the return request.


3. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • The original packaging must be intact.

  • Seals must not be broken (especially for capsules, powders, oils, or syrups).

  • All labels and original invoice must be included.

Since our products fall under personal wellness and healthcare categories, opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.


4. Inspection & Approval Process

Once we receive your return request and supporting proof, our team will review the details. If required, we may arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

After receiving the returned product, it will be inspected to verify:

  • Condition of the product

  • Packaging integrity

  • Validity of the complaint

Approval of refund or replacement is subject to successful inspection and verification.


5. Refund Policy

If the return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank account details for refund processing.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped after the returned item is inspected and approved.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals

  • Items returned after the specified return period

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Free promotional items

This policy ensures safety, hygiene, and fairness for all customers.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.


8. Damaged Package at Delivery

If you receive a visibly damaged package:

  • Do not accept the delivery.

  • Inform the courier partner immediately.

  • Contact our support team with images.

This helps us resolve the issue faster.


9. Dispute Resolution

If there is any disagreement regarding returns or refunds, our decision after inspection will be considered final. However, we always strive to resolve concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
