At KGN Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, securely, and on time. We take special care in packaging and shipping our Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to order processing, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and related procedures.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins after order verification and confirmation.

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once processed, the order is dispatched from our fulfillment center located in Rajasthan, India.

Please note that during high-demand periods such as festivals, promotional sales, or special offers, order processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Packaging & Product Safety

We take extra precautions to ensure that all Ayurvedic and herbal products are packed carefully to maintain quality and safety during transit.

  • Products are securely sealed before dispatch.

  • Packaging is designed to protect items from damage, leakage, or contamination.

  • For personal wellness products, we ensure discreet and confidential packaging to protect customer privacy.

Our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you in excellent condition.


3. Shipping Partners

We ship across India using trusted and reliable courier partners. Our logistics partners are selected based on service quality, reliability, and delivery coverage.

Shipping availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage. We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India.

If your location is considered remote or falls under a non-serviceable area, delivery may take longer or may not be available. In such cases, our team will inform you accordingly.


4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location

  • Courier partner availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays due to external factors are beyond our control.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Depending on current offers and order value:

  • Free shipping may be available on eligible orders.

  • Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below a certain value.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges may be applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side (such as wrong or defective product).


6. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via:

  • SMS

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Customers can use the tracking link provided to monitor the shipment status in real time.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

For Cash on Delivery orders, failure to accept delivery may affect future order eligibility.

Customers are requested to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.


8. Incorrect Address & Order Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order placement.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

KGN Ayurveda is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information.


9. Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Take clear photos before opening the parcel.

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your Order ID and supporting images.

We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.


10. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, customers may contact our support team for assistance and availability.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page along with the updated date.
